Flood Advisory : Maesai stream rising water levels at Tachileik

As of this morning’s observation at 8:00 am, the water level of the Maesai Stream at Tachileik (Lawl Taw Kham  Village) has risen approximately 1 foot above its danger level. 

Forecasts indicate that the water level may continue to rise by up to 3 more feet within the next 24 hours and is expected to remain above the danger level during this period. Residents living near riverbanks and in low-lying areas of Tachileik Township are strongly advised to take precautionary measures to ensure their safety and protect property.
