Fire At Hilly Farm: 8 Houses Burnt Down In A Village In Shan State East

8 houses burnt down by fire outbreak in a village of eastern Shan State on Thursday. The incident happened due to burning the hilly farm for land clearance at NaungPhu Village, about 4 miles from MongKhat in Kengtone District.

The fire also destroyed about 200 baskets of paddy and a motorcycle, and no causality was reported.
