Factory Inspection: Private-owned factories in Nay Pyi Taw inspected

Union Minister for Industry Dr Charlie Than arrived at Myanmar Agribusiness Public Corporation (MAPCO) in Pyinmana Township of Nay Pyi Taw Council Area on Sunday Morning and discussed industrial registration of the factory, recognition certificates for the staffs depending on the competence skills, certificates for boiler and electrical skills and applying engineering registration for engineers in the factory.

Later, the Union Minister inspected running rice mill, paddy rusk gasifier and generation of solar power. The mill can produce 220-ton per day and has operated since 2016. It is applying the Japanese technology rice husk-based power generation system in conjunction with solar power systems.

The Union Minister then looked into Nilar Frozen Foods factory in Chaing village, Dekkhina Thiri Township and called for capacity development of the staffs. This factory is a Myanmar national ownership and is exporting frozen fruits and vegetables by conducting planting to packaging process.
