Exchange views: Union Minister discussed matters of oil and gas exploration

Myanmar delegation led by the Union Minister for Electricity and Energy U Aung Than Oo who are in Moscow, to attend Russian Energy Week International Forum (REW) 2021, exchanged views on the matters of oil and gas exploration with the CEO (Chairman of the Management Board) of ROSGEO (Russian State Geological Holding) Company Mr. Sergey N. GORKOV and members at 10:30 a.m. on October 13.

Later, the Union Minister and party observed the exhibition booths displayed in Russian Energy Week International Forum (REW 2021) and attended the plenary session held at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall at 1:30 p.m. At the occasion, the president of the Russia Federation Vladimir Putin gave an opening remark.

Then, at 5:30 p.m. the Union Minister and party discussed with deputy director-general of RUSHVDRO Mr. Sergey MACHEKHIN about the construction and implementation of hydropower plants and future prospects and more to be implemented and attended the dinner of honor commemorating the opening ceremony of REW 2021.
