Electrification: Union Minister Attends Solar Mini Grid Opening

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Development of Rural Areas U Hla Moe and Ayeyawaddy Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win on Sunday attended the SOLAR MINI GRID opening ceremony.

This project in PalGyiKyun Village of Hinthada Township is to mark the 75th anniversary of Union Day. The Union Minister and the Chief Minister made remarks, and the National Electrification Project and this SOLAR MINI GRID project were explained.

The Union Minister, Chief Minister and many other officials ceremonially opened the SOLAR MINI GRID before inspecting the project works and fulfilled the requirements. This SOLAR MINI GRID project which began on the 1st of September 2020 and completed on the 6th of September cost 1234.5 million Kyats.
