Efforts for Rural Development: Union Minister meets with staff in Kyaukphyu Township

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Rural Development U Hla Moe on Tuesday afternoon visited the Department of Rural Development in Kyaukphyu Township of Rakhine State. There, in the meeting with officers and staff, the Union Minister said that his ministry has to make efforts for the MSME industry development, to provide training for value-added products manufacturing, to provide assistance and to complete water, electrification and transport sector projects in time.

In his response after hearing reports from the officers and staff, the Union Minister called for quality implementation of the projects in a timely manner, irrigation and efforts for development of the MSME industry, cooperative enterprise and agriculture and livestock sector. He also fulfilled requirements of the officers and staff of the Department.
