Education Sector: Workshop on enhancing learning opportunities

A Workshop on enhancing learning opportunities in alignment with basic education policies was held on Thursday morning at the Ministry of Education. Union Minister Dr. Chaw Chaw Sein attended the workshop, and made a speech, stressing that basic education plays crucial and foundational role in gaining achievements at higher education level.

She noted that the ceremony aims to solve the obstacles and challenges in  teaching, training and management, faced in the government and private sectors. The Union Minister said the Ministry is currently carrying out adaptive policies to the modern era and seeking effective ways based on the discussions at regions and states level.

She highlighted for management and budgeting measure in addition to the academic matters according to the 2021-2030  National Education Strategic Plan. She urged all to focus on digital learning system for underdeveloped regions, and called for promoting the basic education sector base on the workshop outcomes. The meeting highlighted the basic education reform and rennovation measure through three parallel sessions, and will run through 17 July.
