Educating seminar: Skill development for the healthcare service discussed

The educating seminar on skill development for the healthcare service sector was held at the Ministry of Labour, Nay Pyi Taw on 20th February with the attendance of the secretary of National Skills Standards Authority (NSSA) director general of the directorate of labour U Maung Maung Than, chairman of healthcare service sector skills standards authority director general of the department of Human Resources for Health Dr. Tin Tun and officials from relevant sectors.

At the event, he secretary of National Skills Standards Authority (NSSA) director general of the directorate of labour U Maung Maung Than, chairman of healthcare service sector skills standards authority director general of the department of Human Resources for Health Dr. Tin Tun gave the remarks on the efforts of the Ministry of Labour and implementations, process of NSSA, requirements to be prepared and the process of the healthcare service sector skills standards authority.

Then, the joint-secretary of NSSA deputy director general of the directorate of labour U Kyaw Kyaw Lwin, secretary of (ACC) director U Aung Ko Win, Chief Assessor from the sector of healthcare for elders, in-charge of nurse aide skill assessment center, one entrepreneur from healthcare service industry and one who passed the nurse aide job assessment took part in the discussion.

Afterward, the responsible officials replied the questions asked by the attendees, it’s reported.
