Drug Seizure: Over K17.5 billion worth drugs seized in Taunggyi

Over 17.5 billion kyat worth stimulant tablets were seized in Taunggyi Township, according to the report of Myanmar Police Force.

On May 5th, a combined team of Shan State Police Force, acting on a tip-off, raided a house in Ward 11 in Ayethaya and discovered 35 million stimulant tablets, packed in the 175 Polypropylene bags. Three suspects were also arrested during the raid, and the case was filed a lawsuit in line with the law.
