Digital Agriculture Forum: Myanmar delegation joined the forum in China

Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung attended ASEAN-China Digital Agriculture Forum, held at Fuwah International Exhibition Center in Weifang of Shandong Province in China on 26th April.

Before joining the forum, the Myanmar delegation visited the International Digital Agricultural Equipment and Technology Expo together with the representatives from ASEAN member states.

At the Forum, the ASEAN representatives including Myanmar discussed the implementation of digital agriculture technology. At night, the delegation attended a dinner reception in honour of the forum, and enjoyed the cultural performances by Chinese cultural troupes.

On the 27th, the delegation visited 24th China (Shouguang) International Vegetable Sci-Tech Fair and viewed the displays of over 7,000 varieties of vegetables and online sales. They also visited Yanjiabu Folk Culturea Village and viewed round the area.
