Development Projects: Chief Minister inspects development works in Myeik

Tanintharyi Region Chief Minister U Zaw Naing Oo, together with region ministers and officials, inspected planned and ongoing development projects in Myeik Township on Saturday. At the office of Myeik Corporation Public Company Limited, official presented updates on an international fish auction facility and the ongoing Myeik water supply project.

The Chief Minister gave instructions for effective implementation of the project. The Chief Minister and party later inspected Myeik Strand Road expansion site. They heard reports on development plans for the Strand road and a new town by Pyae Phyoe Htun International Company.

The Chief Minister emphasized long-term, systematic urban planning. They also visited a temporarily suspended poultry farm operated by Htoo Htoo Toe International Company Limited, where officials reported on operational challenges. The Chief Minister encouraged resumption of livestock production to support local supply.
