Covid-19 Vaccination: Vice Senior General Visits Vaccination Site

The Ministry of Health has been conducting the COVID-19 vaccination programme in regions and states for the disease prevention and control.

Vaccination programme for basic education students aged 12 and above continues across the country.

Chairman of the COVID-19 Control and Emergency Response Committee Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win together with union ministers and many other officials visited the vaccination site at Mingala Byuhar Sasana Beikman in Nay Pyi Taw.

They also viewed the distribution of masks to the students free of charge and inspected the QR Code system for those fully vaccinated. The government made a plan to vaccinate 11,556 students aged 12 and above against the COVID-19 disease at Mingala Byuhar hall starting from October 12, and 3,814 students received their vaccines until October 23.
