COVID-19 Deaths: 2 Covid-19 Positive Patients Die

Deputy Administrator of Paukkhaung Township Administration Department who tested positive for COVID-19 disease has died at 3:40 a.m. on Wednesday. The Ministry of Health and Sports confirmed that the Case No.17 patient aged 47 had the disease on the 2nd of April. The cause of his death is respiratory failure with septicemia due to COVID-19, according to a post on Dr. Daw Khin Khin Gyi’s facebook page.

On the same day, a 63-year-old woman who tested positive for COVID-19 has died – the Case No-16 patient was receiving treatment at Waibargi Specialist Hospital.
