Coordination meeting: Union Minister for SWRR addresses the meeting

The Union Minister for Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement Dr. Thet Thet Khine addressed the coordination meeting on accelerating social welfare, natural disaster management and rehabilitation tasks held through virtual system, Nay Pyi Taw on Monday.

Such meeting with the district head officers of regions and states who are implementing the tasks on the ground via online in the feature of New Normal facilitates to know the status of work progress and coordinates the requirements in time.

The departments need to implement the Quick Win work plan with exact timeframe apart from the regular works, in the implementation of the tasks, the reporting system is needed as well as the collaboration and supervising and monitoring are required.

Next, the deputy minister U Aung Tun Khaing gave necessary instructions for the officials and staff members and reported the decisions made at the meeting (1/2022).

Afterward, the responsible officials discussed regarding the facts reported by the divisions of the minister’s office, the director-generals, deputy minister and union minister coordinated necessaries and the union minister gave a speech of conclusion.
