Completion of military training: 10th batch of peoples’ military service training completed

The completion ceremony of the 10th People’s Military Service Training was held at the No. (11) Tatmadaw Advanced Training School in Kengtung Township, Shan State (East) at 7:00 AM on May 5.

The event was attended by the Commander of Triangle Region Command Brigadier General Soe Hlaing and military personnel, Chairman of Sub Shan State Administrative Body (Shan State East) U Zaw Lwin Oo, departmental officials, and invited guests.

During the ceremony, the trainees saluted the national flag and took the oath of allegiance. The trainees then paid a salute to the school principal, and outstanding trainees who had shown exceptional performance during the training period were awarded prizes.

Following that, Colonel Kyaw Zeyar delivered a speech, and the trainees marched in a military parade to pay formal salute. It is reported that the 10th People’s Military Service Training lasted for 12 weeks, with a total of 289 trainees participating. After the formal ceremony, the Commander and departmental officials joined the trainees for refreshments, at the training center’s dining hall, successfully concluding the ceremony.
