Bogota's shopping centres were preparing to re-open with new safety measures and limitations on Monday. It came after the local government announced the relaxation of the quarantine in Colombia's capital. To protect the safety of shoppers and employees, visitors will have to wash their hands, disinfect their shoes, and have their temperature checked before entering the shopping centre.

Bogota Mayor said that shopping malls will operate at 35% of their capacity, with restricted hours. Cinemas and theaters will remain closed. In early June, Colombia began easing restrictions, but Bogota is under lockdown until at least June 15.
