Colombia president-elect celebrates victory

Colombia president-elect Abelardo de la Espriella arrived to celebrate his victory in Barranquilla, alongside his family and hundreds of supporters. With just a handful of polling centers left to report, he holds 49.66 percent of the vote -- an unassailable lead over left-wing Senator Ivan Cepeda who trails on 48.70 percent.
