


Chairman of the Electric Vehicles Operating and Basic Infrastructures Implementation Work Committee Deputy Minister for Construction U Win Pe together with officials inspected location of Yangon International Airport charging station to be constructed by Yangon Aerodrome Co., Ltd for running and operating electric vehicles on Monday.
During the inspection, the Deputy Minister called for submitting the set design and differences to the steering committee for approval and to prepare the basic infrastructures to be able to charge electricity when electric vehicles start to be used and looked into the place of Aung Mingalar bus terminal where the charging station are being constructed by Myanmar Brilliance Auto Co., Ltd and instructed the needs.
On arrival at the construction site of Charging Station by the Earth Renewable Energy Co., Ltd on the Yangon-Mandalay Expressway, the project in-charge and officials reported on progress of works and the Deputy Minister gave instructions on maintenance of expressway and the needs for construction of charging stations.
They then looked into Bago detour road on Yangon-Mandalay expressway and renovation of water channel at the under pass. In the afternoon, the Deputy Minister and party inspected construction of charging station at the Phyuu bus terminal, completed renovation of middle road at the underpass and durability of Parami bridge.
In the evening, the Deputy Minister and party looked into construction of charging station at the bus terminal of Nay Pyi Taw and greening tasks along the road side of Maravijaya Buddha Image.
