Cash Assistance: Provision for students who will retake the exam

The Ministry of Industry organized a ceremony on Thursday to provide cash assistance to the students who will retake the matriculation exams.

Union Minister Dr Charlie Than stressed the need to have high quality education for better future, and urged all to make exerted efforts for achieving excellent outcomes. A total of 121 students, 34 in Nay Pyi Taw, 62 in Mandalay Region, 22 in Sagaing Region and 3 in Kachin State, have to retake the exam. 100,000 kyat cash assistance for each student during the ceremony.
