Brazil's iconic soccer stadiums become mobile hospitals for coronavirus crisis

Two of Brazil's most famous soccer stadiums are being put to a new use as the coronavirus spreads across the massive South American country.

Sao Paulo's stadium will be the site of a 200-bed field hospital. Meanwhile, workers are building a similar facility in the car park surrounding Rio de Janeiro's stadium, which will have 400 beds. The Rio de Janeiro's stadium is one of the most famous football stadiums in the world, hosting the World Cup final in 2014 and the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games two years later.
