Awards presenting: MoTC held 2022 monsoon season sport activities

The Ministry of Sports and Communications’ 2022 monsoon season sport activities including men’s football, volleyball, Sepak Takraw and table tennis and women’s volleyball are being organized.

The final match of men’s Sepak Takraw was held at indoor stadium (C) and the men’s and women’s volleyball final matches at the indoor stadium (B) of Wunna Theiddi sports ground were held on 26th June.

The final matches and award presenting ceremony were attended by the Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San and wife, deputy ministers and their wife, permanent secretaries, director-generals, managing directors and their wives, director general and officials from the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs and the staff members and family under the ministry.

Next, the Union Minister addressed the award presenting ceremony. Then, Union Minister and deputy ministers awarded prizes to the winner teams in the men’s sepak takraw and volleyball and the wife of union minister and wives of deputy ministers presented the prizes to the winner athletes from the women’s volleyball.
