Automated Nucleic Acid Test Vehicles Aid In Hospital

The automated mobile nucleic acid detection vehicles have been introduced in the makeshift hospital in Shanghai. With the flexibility and other high-tech applications on the vehicles, they can effectively improve the nucleic acid detection ability in the hospital.

This mobile vehicle can complete the whole process from sample collection, treatment of sample, nucleic acid extraction and detection, and report publication. The maximum detection volume of each vehicle can reach 10,000 cans a day.

Compared with the traditional manual inspection, the automatic inspection vehicle can increase the manpower by half, and each team only needs five inspectors.

On April 10, less than 18 hours after the test vehicle was put into use, the three vehicles completed the test of 15,000 samples. At present, the medical staff supporting Shanghai from Shaanxi Province are undertaking the test.
