ASEAN / Russia: Meeting on Science, Technology and Innovation

Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw joined the virtual ASEAN-Russia Ministerial Meeting on Science, Technology and Innovation on Tuesday. The meeting is a key program of ASEAN-Russia Science and Technology Cooperation-2022.

To support comprehensive cooperation between ASEAN and Russia, universities in Russia and ASEAN countries, academic schools, research centers and joint research projects will be enhanced by the meeting. 2023 marks the 5th anniversary of the ASEAN-Russia strategic partnership. In this meeting, knowledge on science, technology and innovation was exchanged.

They shared and exchanged knowledge on priority actions in the field of technology and innovation. Cooperation programs on science, technology and innovation were also discussed.
