Amendment Law enacted: Amended Myanmar Ships Registration Act enacted

The Amendment Law to the Myanmar Ships Registration Act (2025) (State Administration Council Law No. 37/2025), signed and promulgated by Chairman of the State Administration Council, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, was officially enacted on May 5, 2025, in accordance with Article 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Details of the amended law will be available for review in newspapers published on May 6, 2025.
