Agricultural Development : Efforts for effective agriculture research works

Deputy Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation Dr Tin Htut met with agriculturists and researchers at the Yazin Agricultural Research Department on May 23rd. The meeting aims to promote the agricultural research works in line with the needs of the nation.

The Deputy Minister called for collective efforts of the researchers, farmers and those involves in the agricultural supply chain in implementing the betterment of agricultural research works. He urged all to implement the Extension System Transformation for effective utilization of research works through cooperation among the Agricultural University, Agricultural Research Department and Department of Agriculture.
