Dutch towns and cities were noticeably quieter on Tuesday as the fourth day of a nationwide curfew to combat coronavirus came into effect. Previous days had been spoiled by violence and police clashes with protesters across The Netherlands, many of whom object to the 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. curfew. A total of 184 people were arrested in Monday night's unrest and authorities ticketed more than 1,700 people for breaching the curfew.
