Academic Sector: Students take matriculation exam for the 2nd day

Students took the English subject for 2022-2023 matriculation examination for the 2nd day in respective regions and states including Nay Pyi Taw Council Area. 

For the 2nd day, 190 students in Poke Pyin Township of Taninthayi region, 279 students in Zee Kone Township of Bago Region, 602 students in Pwint Phyu Township of Magway region, 1,194 students in Buthidaung township, 166 students in Taungup and Maei townships of Rakhine State, 112 students in Kyauktada township of Yangon Region, 62 students in Mong Phat township, 241 students in Seseng Township of Pa-O Self-administered Zone and 186 students in Kyaukme township of Shan State took the exam.

A total of 179,843 students registered for 2022-2023 academic year and 863 exam centers are opened in 124 districts and 309 townships of respective regions and states including Nay Pyi Taw council Area.

For the convenience of students who are receiving medical treatments, 4 hospital exam centers are opened in Yangon Region at the Yangon General Hospital, North Okklapa General and Teaching Hospital, Central Women’s Hospital and Waibagi General Hospital in Yangon Region.
