4th Future Technologies Forum: Delegation led by MOST UM attended the forum

The Myanmar delegation led by Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw attended the 4th Future Technologies Forum held on February 25th and 26th at the World Trade Center in Moscow, Russia.

The forum featured exhibitions and panel discussions concerning research on bio-economic product manufacturing, production of new goods from waste materials using biotechnology, bio-ecosystem characteristics, development of biotechnology-based computational systems, applications of biotechnology in the agriculture and health sectors, establishment of legal frameworks and procedures necessary for biotechnology development, and implementation of green energy systems.

Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin attended as a special guest and delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of biotechnology, information technology, and artificial intelligence technology in the future technological landscape. The delegation participated in panel discussions according to relevant technology sectors, toured exhibitions, and engaged with experts and researchers.
