18th Anniversary: Anniversary Of Yezin Agricultural Research Department

Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Tin Htut Oo on Thursday attended the 18th Anniversary of the Yezin Agricultural Research Department.  In his speech, the Union Minister stressed importance of research for agriculture sector and called for efforts for research based on climate change and market demand.

He also urged the attendees to catch up with international research programmes, focus on agricultural products processing and cooperate on livestock research.  This anniversary celebration continued with research programmes presentation and awards presentation for researchers and athletes.
