Canyon Walk in Eastern Türkiye

More than 5,000 people attended the fourth traditional Diyadin Canyon walk in eastern Türkiye. Participants followed an eight-kilometre route through the canyon, which stretches for 30 kilometres and features steep cliffs reaching 60 metres in height.

The event also featured paragliding and highlining, with a 120-metre line suspended around 50 to 60 metres above the ground. Children and young people enjoyed sports and stalls in a recreation area.Further events are planned to promote the region’s tourism potential.
