Parliamentary Affairs: Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker meets with party members

Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Khin Yi met with the Union Solidarity and Development Party members from Hlaingthaya (East) Township, who observed the 21st day meeting of third regular meeting of the Third Pyithu Hluttaw, on Wednesday. 

During the meeting, the Speaker explained the emergence of the legislative, executive, and judicial pillars following the holding of elections under a democratic system, cooperation among each pillar, parliamentary affairs, enactment of the Anti-Online Scam Bill and amendments of the Election Laws.

The Speaker stressed that public can submit their difficulties and needs through related Hluttaw representatives. Attendees are urged to share their knowledge gained from the visit to the locals at their respective constituencies. The Speaker later answered the questions raised by the attendees.
