Tradition & Culture Preservation: Hluttaw Speaker attends Performing Arts Competition

Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Khin Yi attended and viewed the ongoing competitions of the 27th Traditional Myanmar Cultural Performing Arts Competition at the Myanmar International Convention Centre-1 (MICC-1) in Nay Pyi Taw on the afternoon of October 26.

Union Ministers, concerned officials, and art-loving members of the public also attended to watch and cheer on the competitors. First, the Speaker of the Pyithu Hluttaw watched the marionette puppetry competition held at the Nilar Hall.

He then proceeded to the Mya Hall to observe the modern/contemporary song singing competition. The 27th Traditional Myanmar Cultural Performing Arts Competition is being grandly held across various designated venues according to its respective categories.
