Embassy Visit: Speaker meets with embassy staff in Minsk

Speaker of Pyidaungsu Hluttaw and Amyotha Hluttaw U Aung Lin Dwe, currently in Minsk, Belarus for an official visit met with families of Myanmar Embassy in Belarus and trainees on Friday morning.

During the meeting, the Speaker emphasized the crucial role of embassy personnel in promoting successful bilateral cooperation. As strong diplomatic skills contribute significantly to advancing national interests, the Speaker urged the staff to work diligently for the benefit of the state and encouraged the family members to maintain unity and extend mutual assistance.

Highlighting the advance education system that Belarus offers, the Speaker urged the trainees to acquire their respective fields of knowledge systematically and apply their expertise to the development of the country.

He also encouraged the trainees to support one another and foster harmonious relations and stressed the strict adherence to existing laws and regulations of Belarus during their stay. Following the remarks, the Speaker presented foodstuff and cash awards to embassy families and scholarship trainees, and warmly greeted them.
