Iran’s Supreme Leader declares end to interference in Iran’s affairs

Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei said Monday that the era of Western powers interfering in Iran's affairs has ended forever, and that Iran is now independent and strong.  He also said forces that once tried to dominate Iran now have to face up to its military strength.

Mojtaba made the remarks in a message commemorating the second anniversary of the death of late Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah. On September 27, 2024, then-Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Beirut, Lebanon’s capital.
