Ukraine battles widespread forest fire

A large-scale forest fire is being extinguished in the Vyshhorod district of Ukraine. The fire has engulfed a significant area, with its front stretching across several kilometers.

Firefighters continue working in harsh conditions under the scorching sun, amid dense smoke and strong winds.  Rescuers from the Kyiv region and other regions, along with employees of the State Enterprise ‘Forests of Ukraine’, are involved in extinguishing the fire. Additionally, State Emergency Service aviation has been deployed for the operation.
