Hot-air balloons float through the skies over Ecuador's capital

Colorful hot-air balloons fill the skies over Quito of Ecuador, during the annual Middle of the World International Hot Air Balloon Festival. The fifth edition of the Mitad del Mundo International Hot Air Balloon Festival kicked off on Friday, featuring roughly 20 balloons soaring near the famous Mitad del Mundo monument. It was learned that crews from Mexico, Brazil, and Ecuador take part in the event.
