Pope Leo XIV receives Lebanese leader Aoun in Vatican

Pope Leo XIV received Lebanese President Joseph Aoun in the Vatican on Thursday.

The meeting comes as part of Aoun's trip to Rome for talks focusing on future of the United Nations peacekeeping force in south Lebanon. Discussions also included on the Trilateral Framework Agreement involving the US, Israel and Lebanon and regional pacification.
