Russia, Ukraine exchange 103 captured soldiers each

Russia and Ukraine each handed over 103 captured soldiers on Wednesday in the latest exchange between the two sides. The freed Russian soldiers are in Belarus and will be flown to Russia for rehabilitation after receiving psychological and medical care, the Russian defense ministry said. The United Arab Emirates mediated this swap, which is the first prisoner exchange between the two countries since June.
