



President U Min Aung Hlaing and visiting Belarusian President Mr. Alexander Gregoryevich Lukashenko held a one-on-one meeting in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday.
The two leaders held talks, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations and expanding cooperation across multiple sectors. They reaffirmed their friendship and discussed implementing the 2026–2028 Joint Action Plan, boosting trade and investment, and enhancing cooperation in industry, agriculture, pharmaceutical production, humanitarian assistance and other areas.
Following the meeting, President U Min Aung Hlaing hosted a dinner in honor of President Lukashenko and his delegation. The Belarusian leader later departed Nay Pyi Taw, where he was seen off at the airport by Union Minister for Transport and Digital Development and Communication U Mya Tun Oo, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs U Ko Ko Kyaw, diplomats and officials.
