Youth Round Table Discussion: Youth round table discussion held at NSA

The Central Committee on Youth Affairs, the Naypyitaw Council Youth Affairs Committee, and Naypyitaw State Academy jointly organized a youth round table discussion Tuesday afternoon at Naypyitaw State Academy.

The event was attended by the Vice Chairman (1) of the Central Committee on Youth Affairs and Union Minister for Youth Affairs, Dr. Maung Thin, who delivered the opening speech. In his opening address, Union Minister encouraged the youth, stating that as they are the future leaders of society, they should rapidly acquire knowledge and skills and become valuable young individuals.

He emphasized that to achieve this, engaging in reading, enjoying libraries, participating in literary round table discussions like this, and joining in discussions will help them develop the qualities needed to become the nation's future leaders. He also urged the youth to rely on themselves and to realize their dreams by applying AI technology.

He then donated sports equipment to Naypyitaw State Academy, which was received by Rector Dr. Nu Nu Lwin. Subsequently, the Deputy Minister for Education, Dr. Zaw Myint, delivered a speech and presented commemorative gifts to three students who would participate in the discussion.

Afterward, Nay Pyi Taw Council member U Tun Tun gave a speech and presented commemorative gifts to two additional students who would take part in the discussion. Following that, the attending youth participated in an educational discussion under the theme "Challenges of the AI Era and Opportunities for the Youth," led by five students. The attending students then raised questions and engaged in discussions, it’s reported.
