




China and the Republic of Korea (ROK) held a new round of follow-up negotiations on services and investment under their bilateral free trade agreement in Beijing from Monday to Friday, according to the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.
During the 15th round of follow-up negotiations, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as cross-border services trade and financial services, as well as market access concerns tied to the negative list approach.
According to both delegations, the negotiations led to positive progress. The two countries also agreed to push for an early conclusion of the second-phase FTA talks, aiming to further open up the services and investment sectors.
