








The Union Minister for Immigration and Population, U Myint Kyaing, accompanied by responsible officials, visited the Basic Education High School (Moe Swe) in Moe Swe Village, Ottarathiri Township, Union Territory, in the morning on June 30th. They observed and encouraged the efforts of staff from the , Ottarathiri Township Office, who were issuing Citizenship Scrutiny Cards and UIDs to students aged 10 and above who had not yet received their Citizenship Scrutiny Cards, under the "La Min" Project during the government's 100-day period.
Afterward, the Union Minister and officials observed the step-by-step processes for issuing citizenship cards to students, as well as the status of collecting UIDs under the e-ID system for those who already had Citizenship Scrutiny Cards, carried out by township health staff.
Subsequently, the Union Minister and officials presented the newly issued citizenship cards and UIDs, which had been processed on the same day under the "La Min" Project during the government's 100-day period, to each of the respective students. They also provided food supplies to the township office staff and teachers, and distributed nutritious snacks to the students. Additionally, they visited the Ottararama Tat U Monastery in Moe Swe Village, paid respects to the presiding Sayadaw, discussed religious matters, and offered donations of supplies, it’s reported.
