








The opening ceremony of a 10-day Training of Trainers (TOT) course for the financial processes of the Social Security Board Information System (SSB Information System) under the Ministry of Labour was held Monday morning at the Social Security Board (Headquarters) in Nay Pyi Taw.
Union Minister for Labour, U Khin Maung Soe, attended and delivered the opening remarks. During the ceremony, the Union Minister stated that the training is aimed at helping staff input data accurately and quickly according to financial heads within the SSB Information System.
It also aims to enable them to independently resolve user management and system usage issues related to financial processes, facilitate e-Government initiatives, and support the ongoing implementation of the SSB Information System as part of the ministry's IT Reform.
He urged the trainees to study systematically in accordance with training regulations and to participate enthusiastically and attentively in the lessons. He then cordially greeted the attendees, and a group documentary photograph was taken.
Following this, Union Minister for Information U Htein Lin, Union Minister for Labour U Khin Maung Soe, and other responsible officials visited Tatkone Township in Nay Pyi Taw to observe health care services being provided directly to workplaces.
They observed two Mobile Medical Units owned by the Social Security Board providing medical care to insured workers at registered establishments under the social security scheme, namely Myanma Radio and Television (MRTV - Nay Pyi Taw) and the Da Hat Kone Sugar Mill, it’s reported.
