Special appeal tribunal: Special appeal cases judged and heard

The special appeal tribunal comprising of Union Chief Justice U Tha Htay and the Union Supreme Court Judges U Thein Ko Ko, Dr. Ko Ko Naing, U Win Myint, Daw Soe Khet Khet passed judgments on two special criminal appeal cases and three special civil appeal cases at the office (1) of the Zayyathiri District Court located on Chindwin Road, Mingalardipa Ward, Pubbathiri Township, Union Territory Nay Pyi Taw at 9:30 AM on June 29, 2026.

Moreover, they also heard four special civil appeal cases, it’s learnt.
