The British Royal Navy ship HMS Tamar docks in Indonesia's capital Jakarta for a four-day visit after leaving Australia. The warship is usually deployed to support regional partners with anti-smuggling, fishery protection, board patrol, humanitarian aid and counter terrorism operations. HMS Tamar is also considered one of the greenest in the Royal Navy. Its deployment is a strong sign of the close partnership the UK has with Indonesia.
