India hosts 13th BRICS Urbanization Forum in New Delhi

India hosted the 13th BRICS Urbanization Forum in New Delhi on Thursday. Under the theme "Cities for People: BRICS Cooperation for Inclusive and Resilient Urban Futures," the two-day event convened policymakers and urban experts from member nations to discuss sustainable and citizen-centric municipal development.

The forum focuses on four main pillars such as promoting inclusive urban growth, strengthening climate-and-disaster-resilient infrastructure, enhancing institutional capacity, and leveraging digital innovation for better civic governance.
