Myanmar – China: President Office UM received Ambassador of China

Union Minister for the Ministry of the President Office U Tin Aung San received Ms. Ma Jia, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Myanmar, Monday afternoon at the reception hall of the President's Office.

During the meeting, they exchanged views and discussed matters pertaining to cooperation for the development of the electricity sector between Myanmar and China, the continued implementation of ongoing projects, and issues related to economy, trade, and investment. The meeting was attended by responsible officials from the President's Office, the Ministry of Electricity and Energy, and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China to Myanmar, it is reported.
