Rescue operations underway after hotel fire in New Delhi kills at least 21

Indian police said that at least 21 people were killed when a fire ripped through a hotel in New Delhi on Wednesday. Delhi Police said in a statement that rescue and search operations were continuing, with more than 40 people taken to nearby hospitals for treatment. It added that the blaze was eventually brought under control with the help of eight fire engines but the cause of the fire was not unknown.
