Chinese Vice President Han Zheng on Tuesday met with UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper in Beijing to discuss global security, stability, and bilateral relations. The discussions focused on deepening economic cooperation, addressing international conflicts, and collaborating on artificial intelligence and climate change.

During the meeting, Han called on both sides to work together to practice true multilateralism, jointly advance global governance reform, and bring greater stability and certainty to the world. Cooper said that the UK is ready to work with China to implement the important consensus reached between the leaders of the two countries.
