Myanmar / Thailand: Economic cooperation, Investment and Trade

Union Minister for National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations U Aung Kyaw Hoe received Mr. Yordying Supasri, Charge’ d Affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy.

During the meeting at the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations in Nay Pyi Taw on Monday afternoon, they frankly discussed issues related to promoting economic cooperation, increasing investment of Thai business in Myanmar and improving bilateral trade relations between Myanmar and Thailand.

The meeting was also attended by Director Generals from the Ministry of National Planning, Investment and Foreign Economic Relations and senior officers and representatives of Thai Embassy as well as the Chairman of Thai Business Association of Myanmar.
